Job Overview
An exciting long-term opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Lead – Security Hub Cloud with Integration supporting a leading Financial Services organization through Intellyk. This role is ideal for senior technology professionals with extensive experience in cloud platforms, enterprise security, DevOps, platform engineering, and large-scale system integrations. As the Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of an enterprise Security Hub platform while coordinating engineering teams across platform engineering, integration, DevOps, quality assurance, and data engineering. The role requires expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, API development, enterprise integrations, security operations, and modern cloud technologies to deliver scalable, resilient, and highly secure enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of the enterprise Security Hub platform.
- Coordinate platform engineering, integration, DevOps, QA, and data engineering teams.
- Architect and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes cloud-native environments.
- Develop enterprise integrations using APIs, Kafka, ServiceNow, Keycloak, Apache Ranger, HashiCorp Vault, and related technologies.
- Implement enterprise security controls, workflow automation, and AI-enabled operational capabilities.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, testing strategies, and production readiness.
- Ensure platform scalability, resilience, monitoring, observability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Conduct technical architecture reviews and code reviews.
- Mentor engineering teams through technical leadership and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architects to deliver secure technology solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
- 12+ years of Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Security Engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise technical teams.
- Experience designing enterprise cloud-native platforms.
- Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
