- Lead enterprise software implementation and onboarding projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Utilize Jira and project management tools to track project progress and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure projects comply with company governance and project management best practices.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 8+ years of software implementation and onboarding experience.
- 3+ years of project leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise technology projects.
