An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join a long-term remote contract supporting enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) initiatives. The successful candidate will provide functional and techno-functional leadership for Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, the Solution Architect will lead discovery workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, design enterprise CRM architectures, and integrate Microsoft technologies using Azure Integration Services and REST APIs. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-level Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture.
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations.
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable CRM solutions.
- Design functional and techno-functional architecture for enterprise applications.
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
- Develop integrations using Azure Integration Services and REST APIs.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, governance, and Microsoft best practices.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 18+ years of enterprise IT experience.
- Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise CRM implementation projects.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Azure certifications are advantageous.
