An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior IAM SailPoint Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives in a fully remote environment. The organization is seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Identity Security Cloud (ISC), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to design, implement, and optimize secure identity management solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining identity governance processes, automating user lifecycle management, integrating enterprise applications, and strengthening organizational security and compliance. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
- Develop and maintain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes.
- Configure automated user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
- Manage user lifecycle processes across enterprise applications.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms, and business applications.
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, and business logic using Java and BeanShell.
- Build and maintain REST API integrations.
- Perform access certification campaigns and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot identity management issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM best practices.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 11+ years of professional Identity and Access Management experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Preferred Certifications
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer Certification
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification
- IAM or Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
