- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Build integrations using ServiceNow APIs and third-party applications.
- Configure Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management capabilities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 12+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong enterprise implementation experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
