Job Overview
Nanda Technologies is hiring an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support a technology initiative for the State of Idaho (IDHW). This 12-month contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Quality Assurance professionals with strong expertise in software automation testing, test framework development, and Agile software delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade automated testing frameworks while ensuring software quality across web services, APIs, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires collaboration with software engineers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation testing frameworks.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated regression and functional test suites.
- Validate AI/ML models and AI-assisted software testing workflows.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform API, web service, performance, regression, and integration testing.
- Analyze software defects and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Agile Scrum teams.
- Maintain test repositories, automation scripts, and QA documentation.
- Improve software quality standards and testing best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of Software Quality Assurance and Automation Testing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Test Automation experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
