Job Overview

Nanda Technologies is hiring an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support a technology initiative for the State of Idaho (IDHW). Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation testing frameworks.
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated regression and functional test suites.
  • Validate AI/ML models and AI-assisted software testing workflows.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform API, web service, performance, regression, and integration testing.
  • Analyze software defects and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Agile Scrum teams.
  • Maintain test repositories, automation scripts, and QA documentation.
  • Improve software quality standards and testing best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of Software Quality Assurance and Automation Testing experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Test Automation experience.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
