Job Overview

You will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and ensure ServiceNow implementations align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reports.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize overall system performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Document platform configurations, workflows, and enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Extensive experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
- Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Experience working with governance, compliance, audit, and enterprise risk management processes.
