Job Overview
A leading organization is hiring an experienced Senior Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultantfor an onsite contract opportunity in Bothell, Washington. This role is ideal for senior ERP professionals with extensive experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions across enterprise environments.
The successful candidate will lead finance transformation initiatives, support end-to-end ERP implementations, and collaborate with finance, technology, and business stakeholders. Candidates possessing CPA certification, MedTech industry experience, and strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, VAT/GST, and SOX controls will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Budgeting modules.
- Support multi-currency and multi-entity accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, VAT/GST regulations, and SOX controls.
- Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical consultants.
- Provide implementation guidance, testing support, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and recommend process improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 12–18+ years of professional experience.
- 8–10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations experience.
- 3–5+ end-to-end Microsoft D365 Finance implementation projects.
