As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise deployment activities while ensuring seamless product launches and platform conversion initiatives. You will work closely with internal business teams, technology stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver successful production implementations with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment planning and execution for enterprise product launches and platform conversion projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans and master implementation schedules.
- Coordinate workstream runbooks, project dependencies, and deployment readiness activities.
- Manage cutover planning and oversee production implementation activities.
- Lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production deployment execution.
- Coordinate pilot launches and customer rollout activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors throughout deployment.
- Manage environment conflicts across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee implementation of new product features on the target platform.
- Monitor deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare executive deployment status reports and governance documentation.
- Ensure successful delivery within project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise deployment or implementation projects.
- Experience managing complex production releases and platform conversion initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
