Job Overview
A leading organization is hiring an experienced RPA (UiPath) Solution Architect for a 6–12 month contract based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for senior automation professionals with extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technologies.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the automation lifecycle, including solution architecture, hands-on UiPath development, system integration, and enterprise deployment. Working closely with business stakeholders and development teams, the architect will deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows with UiPath Studio.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments.
- Implement automation using REFramework best practices.
- Build intelligent document processing solutions using Document Understanding.
- Integrate enterprise applications through REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
- Create scalable solution architectures for enterprise automation initiatives.
- Develop reusable automation components and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot production automation issues and optimize bot performance.
- Work with SQL databases and .NET/VB.NET applications.
- Support cloud-based integrations using Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Evaluate AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), OCR, and IDP technologies for automation opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on UiPath development and solution architecture experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale RPA implementations.
