Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Test contact center applications including IVR, CTI, CRM integrations, chat, email, and voice platforms.
- Validate bilingual user interfaces, workflows, and customer journeys in French and English.
- Review business requirements and prepare comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute manual testing across multiple platforms and environments.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for French-speaking business users.
- Verify compliance with accessibility, usability, and language localization standards.
- Maintain accurate testing documentation, execution reports, and test evidence.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Experience testing enterprise applications or contact center solutions is preferred.
- Strong French language proficiency and English communication skills.
