Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Architect Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) implementations.
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable CRM solutions.
- Lead functional and techno-functional solution architecture.
- Design integrations using Azure Integration Services and REST APIs.
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, governance, and best practices.
- Support deployment planning, testing, and production implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 18+ years of professional IT experience.
- Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect.
- Strong enterprise CRM implementation background.
