Job Posting Payments
Payments made for premium job postings, advertising, or promotional services are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered if:
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Technical issue prevented service delivery
- Unauthorized transaction is verified
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
