Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and developing training packages and learning materials.
• Experience delivering professional training programs.
• Strong knowledge of training coordination, scheduling, and trainee management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
• Previous experience with an accredited training provider is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Training, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or e-learning are considered an advantage.
