Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with 6+ years of experience to support enterprise systems and digital services in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business and system requirements analysis, system integrations, APIs, process improvement, and technical documentation.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technology, translating organizational needs into effective digital solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders, analyzing processes, supporting system integrations, and contributing to AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related technology role.
• Strong experience with enterprise systems and digital services.
• Strong knowledge of business and system requirements analysis.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Experience in process analysis and business process improvement.
• Knowledge or practical exposure to AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong technical and functional documentation skills.
• Excellent business and technical stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
