Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a full-time, onsite role in Qatar. The position is suited to professionals with strong expertise in modern cloud-native application development, API engineering, artificial intelligence, and platform engineering.

The successful candidate will work with technologies including Next.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, containerization platforms, API management, Azure AI Services, Google Cloud Platform, and modern AI protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern cloud-native applications.
• Build and maintain applications using Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and integrate Web APIs, Web Services, and API management solutions.
• Build and support containerized applications using Docker or Podman.
• Work with modern AI technologies, including Agentic AI and Azure AI Services.
• Explore and implement AI agent workflows and AI-enabled application capabilities.
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A technologies.
• Support deployments and infrastructure using Azure Container Registry and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to platform engineering initiatives and cloud-native architecture.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• Collaborate on scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Software Engineer or in a closely related software development role.
• Strong experience with Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and/or Podman.
• Experience with API Management, Web API, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Sovereign AI, and Azure AI Services.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A.
• Exposure to Azure Container Registry, DevOps, and Platform Engineering.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of modern AI and cloud-native application development.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows is preferred.
• Experience with A2A protocols and MCP is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and containerized deployments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
