As a Software Development Team Lead, you will oversee the complete software development lifecycle, guiding development teams through application design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will play a critical role in building high-quality software solutions while promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack software developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements.
• Review code and enforce software development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform bug fixes, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure software quality, security, and reliability across enterprise applications.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Development Team Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in Full Stack Development (Frontend and Backend).
• Hands-on experience with one or more frontend frameworks:
  • React
  • Angular
  • Vue.js
• Experience with backend technologies:
  • Node.js
  • .NET
  • API Development
• Strong database knowledge, including:
  • SQL
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • NoSQL (preferred)
• Experience in production support, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
