Job Overview

HAMF Energy Services is seeking experienced Slickline Operators and Senior Slickline Operators to join its operations in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Perform Slickline operations in accordance with approved procedures and operational requirements.
• Operate and handle Slickline tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare Slickline equipment and tools for field operations.
• Support well intervention and related field activities.
• Conduct equipment checks before and during operations.
• Follow established operational procedures and HSE requirements.
• Identify and report operational or equipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate field and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of Slickline operational challenges.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with safety and operational standards.
• Ensure all activities are performed with a strong focus on safe working practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on Slickline experience.
• Relevant field experience in Slickline operations.
• Previous UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Slickline tools, equipment, and operational procedures.
• Good understanding of oilfield and well intervention environments.
• Strong commitment to HSE and safe working practices.
• Ability to work effectively in field-based operational environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant Slickline, well intervention, or HSE certifications are advantageous.
