Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead site-based activities for a Water Desalination EPC Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water desalination and EPC projects, with proven experience managing projects at site level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site project activities, managing project execution, and ensuring effective collaboration among engineering, construction, and project stakeholders. Direct experience in water desalination projects is strongly preferred.

Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred, and candidates currently available in Kuwait with transferable employment status will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site-based project activities for water desalination EPC projects.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and other site activities.
• Monitor project execution against approved schedules, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams.
• Manage site-level project resources and activities effectively.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential technical or execution issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support resolution of site-related technical and project management issues.
• Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables and support timely completion.
• Prepare and review project progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Maintain effective communication across multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience in Water Desalination and EPC Projects.
• Proven Site Project Management experience in water desalination projects.
• Direct water desalination project experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong project execution and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait are preferred.
• Local transfer or transferable employment status is preferred.
