Job Overview

Anotech is seeking experienced Site Managers to support Data Center projects across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and the UAE. These opportunities are suited to professionals with proven experience in the delivery and execution of complex Data Center projects and large-scale technical infrastructure environments.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting site execution and coordinating critical project activities across construction, MEP systems, commissioning, testing, and project handover. Strong experience with L4 IST and L5 testing is particularly relevant for these positions, along with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site execution activities for Data Center projects.
• Supervise construction and installation activities in accordance with approved project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate MEP works across electrical, mechanical, and associated technical systems.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure systems are prepared for operational testing.
• Coordinate L4 Integrated Systems Testing (IST) activities.
• Support L5 testing and final system validation activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and site delivery requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and technical teams.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues and technical constraints.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Support project documentation, testing records, commissioning documentation, and handover requirements.
• Coordinate project handover activities and ensure completion of outstanding works and documentation.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and site requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Site Manager or in a comparable site leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center construction and site execution processes.
• Significant experience with MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Practical experience with commissioning activities.
• Experience with L4 IST and L5 testing is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting project handover and closeout activities.
• Strong understanding of construction quality, safety, scheduling, and project delivery requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and technical stakeholders effectively.
• Relevant engineering, construction, MEP, or technical qualification is preferred.
• Relevant project management, commissioning, or technical certification is an advantage.
