Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Engineer (Civil) to support construction site execution and project delivery in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is suitable for civil engineering professionals with 1–3 years of construction site execution experience who have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and site procedures.

The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and project teams, and contribute to quality, safety, and project compliance. UAE construction experience is preferred, and candidates must currently be based in Dubai and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, engineers, and project teams.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure activities follow approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
• Support site inspections and coordinate inspection activities.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress records, and relevant documentation.
• Monitor compliance with project requirements and construction procedures.
• Ensure adherence to UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Support project teams in maintaining schedules and achieving construction milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of construction site execution experience.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of site quality and safety requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, foremen, engineers, and project teams.
• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Immediate joiners are required.
