Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Write and maintain JavaScript-based ServiceNow scripts and solutions.
• Develop and configure Flow Designer workflows.
• Create and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications according to business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications and configurations.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into platform solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 5–8 years of professional JavaScript coding experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
