A leading organization is hiring a Service Operator – Automotive OEM Paint Shop for a field-based technical service role in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical support to Automotive OEM paint shops, troubleshoot coating and application issues, support product performance, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service and product support at Automotive OEM paint shops.
• Diagnose and resolve product, process, and application-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records within the CRM system.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Conduct regular customer visits to maximize product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers.
• Manage inventory, demand planning, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support Secure Launch activities and maintain project documentation.
• Develop expertise in automotive coating systems, including pretreatment, electrocoat, primer, basecoat, clear coat, adhesives, and sealants.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in technical service, automotive coatings, paint shop operations, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
