Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Online & Power Platform Developer to support enterprise digital transformation and business application initiatives in Dubai. The role requires strong expertise across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, application development, integrations, and enterprise data architecture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable business solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx, and APIs. The position also involves technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers, making it suitable for an experienced professional looking to advance into a technical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Build and manage integrations using SPFx, APIs, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Design and implement scalable Dataverse architectures.
• Develop secure and maintainable Power Platform solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Implement ALM processes and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to Power Platform governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in software development, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, or related technologies.
• Advanced experience with SharePoint Online development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Advanced Power Apps and Power Automate development skills.
• Strong experience with SPFx development.
• Strong API and enterprise integration experience.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience implementing CI/CD processes and development pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance and security.
• Experience leading technical design and conducting code reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies are advantageous.
