Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions covering Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog.
• Design and develop custom dashboards and reports for management and business units.
• Build complex scoped enterprise applications using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Establish and maintain ServiceNow technical development standards.
• Manage Update Sets and participate in technical governance and code reviews.
• Monitor platform health, performance, upgradability, and technical stability.
• Design and implement complex bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and MID Servers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.
• Support continuous automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development and enterprise technology standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform and ITSM processes.
• Strong experience with low-code and pro-code application development using App Engine.
• Advanced hands-on experience with:
  • JavaScript
  • Glide API
  • Script Includes
  • Business Rules
  • UI Actions
  • Service Portal Widgets
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with technical governance, code reviews, Update Set management, and platform performance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
• Certified Application Specialist (CAS) in App Engine is highly preferred.
• ITSM Implementation Specialist certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Banking or financial services domain experience is relevant to the position.
