Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex SAP transformation programs.
• Manage complete SAP S/4HANA delivery lifecycles, including greenfield, brownfield, selective transition, and RISE with SAP implementations.
• Lead enterprise and government transformation programs across multiple countries and regional markets.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, controls, reporting, and performance mechanisms.
• Manage commercial performance, including P&L, revenue, margins, budgets, and financial controls.
• Lead resource planning, capacity management, and deployment across SAP programs.
• Manage implementation activities from initiation and design through deployment, hypercare, and steady-state support.
• Lead multi-country and regional SAP rollouts and shared-service delivery models.
• Manage relationships with large enterprise and government/public-sector clients.
• Coordinate technical, functional, business, and delivery stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support cloud-based SAP deployments and RISE with SAP transformation initiatives.
• Ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines, scope, quality, commercial, and operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across SAP delivery processes and program governance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• 12+ years of SAP delivery experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large and complex SAP programs.
• Proven experience delivering full SAP S/4HANA lifecycles.
• Experience with greenfield, brownfield, selective transition, and RISE with SAP implementations.
• Experience delivering enterprise and government/public-sector transformation programs.
• Experience with multi-country or regional SAP rollouts.
• Experience with shared-service delivery models.
• Experience managing delivery governance, commercial control, resource planning, hypercare, and steady-state support.
• Proven track record of leading 3–5 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations from end to end.
• Strong experience working with large enterprise and government clients.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployments and RISE with SAP.

Required Certifications

• PMP – Project Management Professional certification.
• SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
• Relevant SAP functional or technical certification in S/4HANA.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
