Job Overview

NeoDym Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (Programmer 5) to support a major State of Ohio digital transformation initiative. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, Public Sector Solutions, Apex development, and enterprise system integrations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise-grade applications, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and deliver high-quality solutions using Salesforce development best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio.
• Develop and configure OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation.
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Create and maintain Salesforce Flow automations and Visualforce components where required.
• Perform data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, and related tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable government solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with:
  • Apex
  • Triggers
  • Batch Apex
  • Salesforce APIs
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong experience with OmniStudio components:
  • FlexCards
  • OmniScripts
  • DataRaptors
  • Integration Procedures
• Experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL
  • SOSL
  • Data Loader
  • Workbench
• Experience with:
  • CI/CD
  • DevOps
  • Gearset
  • Copado
  • Version Control Systems
