Job Overview

Smart Cloud is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time onsite position is designed for a senior enterprise technology leader with 15–20 years of experience managing Oracle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and complex enterprise software delivery programs.

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end project leadership across Oracle EBS and Fusion environments, combining strong Oracle enterprise architecture knowledge with executive stakeholder management, program governance, and proven delivery capabilities. The role requires a leader who can manage complex project lifecycles while coordinating technical, functional, business, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion project implementations.
• Manage Oracle ERP upgrades, rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, and delivery objectives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across technical and functional workstreams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide executive-level project reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with business, technical, functional, and consulting teams.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and delivery requirements.
• Oversee project governance, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Oracle enterprise architecture and application-track coordination.
• Oversee financial and other relevant Oracle application modules within project scope.
• Drive quality assurance, testing, deployment, and project transition activities.
• Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and consultative problem-solving throughout project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion projects.
• Extensive experience managing Oracle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle enterprise architecture and application tracks.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle financial modules and enterprise software environments.
• Proven project management and program governance experience.
• Demonstrated track record of successful enterprise technology delivery.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and consultative problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
• Candidates from Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Lebanon, Egypt, or other Arabic nationalities may apply, subject to the stated requirements.
• Candidates applying from outside Saudi Arabia must be willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• Relevant Oracle certifications and project management certifications are advantageous.
