Key Responsibilities

Program Planning and Execution

• Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery timelines for cross-region initiatives focused on KSA market priorities.
• Build and maintain comprehensive program plans and governance frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery from ideation through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Identify program risks, blockers, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Saudi stakeholders, government entities, and regulatory bodies to support compliance and alignment with national priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement and Influence

• Engage with Directors, General Managers, Vice Presidents, C-suite customers, government officials, and strategic partners.
• Build consensus and secure commitments across matrixed organizations without relying on direct authority.
• Coordinate effectively across sales, professional services, partner, marketing, and public sector teams.
• Represent the strategic initiatives team in leadership reviews, cross-functional forums, and customer-facing engagements.
• Develop relationships with Saudi public sector organizations, semi-government entities, and strategic partners.

Communication and Reporting

• Prepare data-driven status updates, dashboards, business reviews, and executive reports.
• Translate complex program information into concise and actionable executive summaries.
• Document decisions, action items, and follow-ups while maintaining accountability across stakeholders.
• Develop strategic narratives, six-page documents, PR/FAQs, and strategy materials aligned with organizational writing standards.
• Communicate program progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.

Operational Excellence

• Establish scalable operating mechanisms, reporting frameworks, templates, tools, and business cadences.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and procurement activities where applicable.
• Analyze pipeline, coverage, program metrics, and operational data to identify insights and support decision-making.
• Improve processes through retrospectives, automation, simplification, and workflow optimization.
• Support Saudization objectives through local talent development and knowledge-transfer initiatives.

Event and Campaign Management

• Coordinate strategic events, conferences, campaigns, and KSA-based activations.
• Manage event planning, timelines, logistics, content development, and vendor coordination.
• Measure post-event performance and prepare impact reports.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, or an equivalent level of professional experience.
• AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect or a similar cloud certification is preferred.
• AWS AI Practitioner certification or demonstrated knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent program management certification is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Experience developing financial and operational reports or datasets that support business decision-making.
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support strategic decisions.

Technical and Professional Skills

• Strong program planning, execution, governance, and risk-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
