Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner / Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a remote opportunity supporting a team operating within GCC working hours. Key Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership and business analysis activities across enterprise technology initiatives.
• Define, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product requirements and backlogs.
• Work within Agile development environments and support Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with technical teams working with Java systems and microservices.
• Support analysis of enterprise systems and technology dependencies.
• Work with Oracle data and support data-driven business analysis.
• Collaborate with API and enterprise integration teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of product management and business analysis processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Native Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Strong experience in business analysis and product ownership.
• Experience working with enterprise systems.
• Strong Agile methodology and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Understanding of Java systems and microservices environments.
• Knowledge or exposure to Oracle data.
• Understanding of APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with UX teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis and documentation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely within GCC working hours.
• Immediate availability to 20-day notice period is required.
