Job Overview

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Specialist with a strong background in construction project environments to support its portfolio of luxury buildings, high-rise developments, and hospitality projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine advanced Power BI expertise with strong project controls knowledge and practical experience working with Main Contractors in the UAE.

The role requires extensive experience with Primavera P6 and Power BI, with the successful candidate expected to support project reporting, data analysis, performance monitoring, and management decision-making. A Civil Engineering degree and substantial UAE construction experience are mandatory requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for construction projects.
• Analyze project data and translate complex information into actionable management insights.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Integrate project controls data into Power BI reporting and visualization solutions.
• Monitor project performance, progress, schedules, and key project indicators.
• Prepare regular management reports and project performance dashboards.
• Support project teams and senior management with accurate data-driven insights.
• Analyze project trends, performance indicators, and potential schedule-related issues.
• Ensure reporting information is accurate, consistent, and delivered within required timelines.
• Collaborate with project controls, engineering, construction, and management teams.
• Support reporting requirements across luxury building, high-rise, and hospitality projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience with Main Contractors in the UAE.
• Extensive experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Experience with luxury building projects is highly relevant.
• Experience working on high-rise construction projects.
• Experience within hospitality projects is preferred.
• Strong project reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong understanding of construction project controls and performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Immediate availability is preferred, with a maximum notice period of one month.
