Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to support civil engineering and construction activities in Qatar. The opportunity is suitable for professionals with 4 years of civil engineering experience and a valid MMUP Grade B qualification.

The successful candidate will support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination activities. The role requires strong knowledge of civil engineering project environments and the ability to work effectively with project and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for civil engineering and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams to track work progress.
• Identify schedule delays, risks, and potential project variances.
• Support corrective and recovery planning where required.
• Prepare periodic project planning and progress reports.
• Track project milestones, activities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate planning information with relevant project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate planning records and project documentation.
• Support effective project schedule management and timely project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering.
• 4 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
• Valid MMUP Grade B qualification is required.
• Strong understanding of construction project planning and scheduling.
• Ability to monitor project progress and prepare planning reports.
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Immediate joining required.
