Job Overview

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer to support banking and financial services technology initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Operational Data Stores (ODS), data warehousing, and enterprise banking data solutions.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development, optimization, integration, and maintenance of database solutions supporting core banking, cards, payments, and other financial services systems. Previous experience working on Saudi Arabia projects is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of banking data requirements, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and audit considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex PL/SQL applications and database solutions.
• Develop high-performance stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and SQL queries.
• Work extensively with Oracle Database and enterprise banking data environments.
• Develop and maintain ODS and data warehousing solutions.
• Support data solutions for core banking, cards, payments, and other financial services systems.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL processes.
• Support data integration activities across enterprise banking systems.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable database solutions.
• Ensure database solutions meet defined security, quality, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Support data privacy, audit, regulatory, and banking compliance requirements.
• Work with technical and business teams to troubleshoot database and data-related issues.
• Contribute to data migration, transformation, and integration activities where required.
• Participate in development standards, code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Support ETL processes and data engineering activities where applicable.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices for database development and deployment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for database solutions and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on PL/SQL development experience.
• Strong professional experience with Oracle Database.
• Mandatory banking or financial services experience.
• Hands-on experience with ODS and/or data warehousing.
• Experience with core banking, cards, payments, or banking data systems.
• Previous experience working on Saudi Arabia projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of database development, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with data integration and enterprise data solutions.
• Understanding of SAMA regulations, banking compliance, data privacy, and audit requirements.
• Knowledge of ETL tools is advantageous.
• Experience with CI/CD processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Relevant Oracle, PL/SQL, database, data engineering, or financial technology certifications are advantageous.
