Job Overview

An experienced Senior Payroll Specialist is required to support payroll operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process monthly payroll activities accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Calculate and process employee overtime, leave, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Process End-of-Service Benefits and employee final settlements in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee entitlements and payroll transactions.
  • Ensure payroll processing complies with Saudi Labor Law and relevant payroll regulations.
  • Manage payroll-related activities through GOSI, WPS, Qiwa, and other relevant Saudi HR and government platforms.
  • Review payroll data to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate processing.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and records with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and payroll systems to manage, analyze, and verify payroll information.
  • Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and within strict deadlines.
  • Support payroll reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll-related regulations.
  • Practical experience with:
    • Overtime calculations
    • Leave calculations and processing
    • End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB)
    • Final settlements
    • Employee deductions
    • Employee entitlements
  • Good working knowledge of GOSI, WPS, Qiwa, and other relevant Saudi HR and government platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and payroll compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple payroll activities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
