Job Overview

An organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to support enterprise ERP implementation and optimization initiatives. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive Oracle NetSuite consulting experience, ERP implementation expertise, and strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operational business processes. Candidates who are locally available in the UAE and can join within a 30-day notice period are preferred.

The successful candidate will work closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle NetSuite solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
• Participate in at least two full-cycle Oracle NetSuite implementations.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and support ERP integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform data migration activities while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, business users, and technical teams.
• Analyze finance, supply chain, and operational business processes to recommend ERP improvements.
• Support Agile project delivery and participate in project planning activities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of ERP consulting or application support experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong expertise in ERP customization, integrations, data migration, and production support.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational business processes.
• Experience working with implementation partners and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant Certification.
• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer Certification (highly preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Certification is an added advantage.
