Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise middleware and integration solutions.
• Implement system-to-system integrations using APIs, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and messaging platforms.
• Manage middleware environments, application servers, and message brokers.
• Ensure high availability, clustering, failover, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Implement secure integrations using OAuth2, SSL/TLS, JWT, and SAML.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud integration initiatives.
• Optimize middleware performance through tuning, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor middleware infrastructure and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 8–12 years of professional experience as a Middleware Engineer or in enterprise integration.
• Experience within large enterprise, government, banking, or telecommunications environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Middleware and Enterprise Integration Platforms.
• API Management, REST, and SOAP web services.
• ESB, SOA, and Microservices Architecture.
• Messaging technologies including Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • MuleSoft
  • WSO2
  • IBM ACE/IIB
  • Oracle SOA Suite
  • Oracle WebLogic
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud integration technologies.
• Security and compliance best practices.
