Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS & Flutter Developer to join an onsite technology team in Dubai. The role is suited to a senior mobile application development professional with strong expertise in both native iOS development and Flutter, capable of delivering scalable, high-performance, and maintainable mobile applications.

The successful candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including application architecture, development, testing, performance optimization, code quality, CI/CD, and deployment. The position requires hands-on experience with Swift or Objective-C, Flutter SDK, BLoC state management, dependency injection, testing frameworks, and modern mobile architecture and design patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Flutter platforms.
• Develop native iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Develop and maintain Flutter plugins and packages.
• Implement scalable state management using BLoC and appropriate architectural approaches.
• Apply dependency injection principles to develop modular and maintainable applications.
• Implement unit, widget, and integration testing for mobile applications.
• Apply SOLID principles and clean coding practices throughout development.
• Implement architecture and design patterns such as MVVM-C, VIPER, and Clean Architecture.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, responsiveness, and multi-threading.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and application defects.
• Apply data structures and algorithms to develop efficient application solutions.
• Support multi-language and localization requirements for mobile applications.
• Follow iOS platform and user-interface standards.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
• Work within Agile development methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Use Git and other source-control tools for collaborative development.
• Contribute to Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated mobile application delivery.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in native iOS development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Flutter development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Strong expertise in Flutter SDK, plugin development, and package development.
• Strong understanding of the Flutter ecosystem.
• Experience with BLoC state management and dependency injection.
• Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and multi-threading.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing multi-language mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Familiarity with iOS development and UI standards.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MVVM-C, VIPER, Clean Architecture, and other relevant design patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Relevant iOS, Flutter, mobile development, Agile, or cloud certifications are advantageous.
