Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in information technology.
• Practical experience working with Omni, Jisr, and Foodics systems.
• Ability to manage and monitor technical systems and applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide effective technical support to users.
• Good understanding of system permissions, settings, and user access management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to start immediately.
