Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join a leading technology transformation program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for highly experienced enterprise architecture professionals who possess strong expertise in architecture governance, solution design, integration architecture, and enterprise technology strategy. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

As the overall design authority across the program, the successful candidate will provide strategic technical leadership, ensuring that enterprise architecture aligns with business objectives, technology standards, and long-term digital transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to establish governance frameworks and oversee enterprise-wide technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall design authority across enterprise transformation programs.
• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Review and evaluate vendor solutions and technology proposals.
• Establish and maintain enterprise technology standards and best practices.
• Develop and oversee integration architecture strategies.
• Design and maintain future-state enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Provide architectural assurance for critical technology decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives through strategic technology planning.
• Identify architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure enterprise solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong experience in Architecture Governance.
• Extensive knowledge of Solution Governance and enterprise design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Architecture.
• Experience acting as a Design Authority for large enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology standards and architecture assurance.
• Experience reviewing vendor technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Candidates currently located in Saudi Arabia with a short notice period are preferred.
• Enterprise architecture certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
