Job Overview

IT People Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Project Manager to join a leading organization in the United Arab Emirates. As a Senior eCommerce Project Manager, you will lead complex digital commerce projects across multiple markets, focusing on Cart & Checkout optimization, Omnichannel (Endless Aisle) solutions, Payment Gateway integrations, and new feature rollouts. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will ensure successful project delivery while enhancing customer experience and platform performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eCommerce projects across multiple markets.
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery.
• Drive Cart & Checkout optimization initiatives to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
• Deliver Omnichannel (Endless Aisle) solutions, including Click & Collect and Online-to-Offline (O2O) capabilities.
• Manage Payment Gateway integrations and checkout enhancement initiatives.
• Plan and execute new feature rollouts while minimizing business disruption.
• Coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation using industry-standard project management tools.
• Identify opportunities for continuous platform improvements and digital innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading end-to-end eCommerce projects.
• Proven experience managing enterprise digital commerce implementations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
