Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and business intelligence initiatives in Qatar. The role is focused on transforming business requirements and organizational data into actionable insights that support strategic planning, operational performance, and business growth.

The successful candidate will work across data analytics, business intelligence, and business analysis, with responsibilities covering dashboard development, data visualization, predictive analytics, A/B testing, data governance, ETL, and data warehousing. Strong proficiency in SQL and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is required, along with programming experience in Python or R.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and interactive dashboards.
• Lead analytical projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business performance drivers.
• Develop data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Support predictive analytics and data-driven forecasting initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze business and user outcomes.
• Work with data governance processes and data quality requirements.
• Support ETL processes and data warehousing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic business decisions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Business Analysis.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Programming experience with Python or R.
• Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and A/B testing.
• Understanding of data governance and data management practices.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
