Key Responsibilities

Senior Cloud Engineer (OCI)

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Support cloud architecture, infrastructure deployment, administration, and operational activities.
• Contribute to secure and scalable cloud environments for enterprise applications and workloads.
• Support API security and related cloud security requirements.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, availability, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders to deliver project requirements.
• Implement cloud infrastructure best practices, security controls, and operational standards.
• Participate in technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Senior Endpoint Security Engineer (Trend Micro)

• Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain enterprise endpoint security solutions based on Trend Micro technologies.
• Support EDR, endpoint protection, threat detection, monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Investigate endpoint security alerts and assist with threat identification and remediation.
• Implement endpoint security policies, configurations, and security controls.
• Monitor endpoint environments and support vulnerability and security-risk mitigation.
• Troubleshoot security platform and endpoint-related technical issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on enterprise security projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Common Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience in cloud engineering, endpoint security, cybersecurity, or related technology roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security environments.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and project-based technology engagements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel when required for Gulf-region client engagements.

Senior Cloud Engineer (OCI)

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with enterprise cloud infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Knowledge of cloud security and API security concepts.
• Understanding of networking, infrastructure administration, and cloud architecture.
• Relevant OCI certifications are advantageous.

Senior Endpoint Security Engineer (Trend Micro)

• Strong hands-on experience with Trend Micro endpoint security technologies.
• Experience with EDR, endpoint protection, threat detection, and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of endpoint security policies, incident response, and threat remediation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity practices.
• Relevant cybersecurity or Trend Micro certifications are advantageous.
