A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Senior Charge Nurse to join a hospital environment in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is available on an outsourced, annually renewable employment contract and is suited to nursing professionals with relevant experience in rehabilitation or mental health hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations.

• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or mental health hospital.
• Proven ability to manage nursing operations and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid professional nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital and multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: AED 23,000–AED 25,000 per month
