Key Responsibilities

• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation across business and IT teams.
• Define, document, and prioritize product requirements and product backlogs.
• Develop product roadmaps, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Collaborate with business users, operations teams, vendors, product teams, and IT stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and production releases.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong aviation and air cargo domain knowledge.
• Experience working with aviation or air cargo technology platforms.
• Experience with SkyChain, iCargo, Cargospot, or Croamis is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in product ownership and backlog management.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of APIs and system integration.
• Experience with external system interfaces.
• Understanding of customs, ERP, finance, and warehouse integrations.
• Strong data analysis and KPI reporting capabilities.
