Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of building and utility systems to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Monitor maintenance activities for commercial and building facilities.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Support project teams with cost estimation and maintenance planning.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and engineering specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building and commercial establishment maintenance.
• Proven experience in cost estimation is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance systems and utility inspections.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Maximum age: 45 years.
