Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) solutions.
• Lead the architecture and deployment of digital asset platforms within regulated environments.
• Develop and manage blockchain network architecture using Hyperledger Fabric and enterprise blockchain frameworks.
• Design and implement smart contract solutions for enterprise applications.
• Architect tokenization platforms and digital asset management solutions.
• Integrate blockchain platforms with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Design secure wallet, custody, Multi-Party Computation (MPC), Hardware Security Module (HSM), and key management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, regulatory, and transaction lifecycle management requirements.
• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices for blockchain initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, blockchain architecture, or Distributed Ledger Technology.
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments is required.
