Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AV/ELV Systems Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in AV/ELV solution design, implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and technical support. The position requires strong technical expertise across complex AV/ELV environments and the ability to manage system delivery from planning and design validation through operational support.

The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale venue and event technology environments, including system integration, feasibility studies, risk assessments, installation supervision, performance validation, and quality control. Experience supporting sports venues, stadiums, or major event environments will be particularly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AV/ELV solutions in accordance with project requirements.
• Develop technical scopes, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Conduct technical evaluations and validate system designs.
• Perform feasibility studies and technical risk assessments.
• Lead AV/ELV system integration activities.
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Supervise installation activities and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Lead and support testing and commissioning activities.
• Validate system performance against technical and operational requirements.
• Provide operational troubleshooting and technical support.
• Conduct quality-control activities and routine system checks.

• Support reliable operation of AV/ELV systems within large-scale venue and event environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in AV/ELV solution design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in AV/ELV system integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of technical scope and specification development.
• Experience with technical evaluation, design validation, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Experience supervising installation and validating system performance.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical-support capabilities.
• Experience with quality control and routine system inspections.
• Strong client, contractor, and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in large-scale venue and event technology environments.
• CTS or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Other professional AV/ELV certifications are preferred.
• Sports venue, stadium, or large-scale event AV/ELV experience is strongly preferred.
