Job Overview

Unleased Tech Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior AI & SAP CAP Platform Development Consultant for a project-based, remote-compatible engagement. The consultant will contribute to a global, cloud-native enterprise SaaS platform built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP CAP Node.js, and AI-driven multi-agent architecture.

The role combines enterprise software engineering, SAP cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and DevSecOps. Key responsibilities include developing CAP Node.js services, architecting BTP Cloud Foundry and HANA Cloud solutions, building stateful multi-agent workflows with LangGraph, and integrating SAP AI Core and Generative AI Hub with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP CAP Node.js services using CDS and OData V4.
• Architect and support SAP BTP Cloud Foundry deployments and HANA Cloud solutions.
• Build stateful multi-agent workflows using LangGraph.
• Integrate SAP AI Core and Generative AI Hub with SAP CAP applications.
• Design RAG and grounding pipelines using vector databases and SAP business data.
• Manage AI experiments, model evaluation, and model registries using MLflow.
• Support LoRA and QLoRA model fine-tuning using Databricks.
• Define and implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, security controls, and quality gates.
• Apply DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Conduct incident analysis and contribute to resolution of complex technical issues.
• Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices across distributed project teams.
• Develop event-driven CAP services and enterprise integrations.
• Support SAP Gateway and ABAP OO integrations where required.
• Apply GDPR, AI observability, and enterprise security practices.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed international teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI and SAP cloud platform architecture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP Node.js and SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
• Experience architecting LangGraph and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of SAP AI Core and Generative AI Hub.
• Experience with MLflow, Databricks, and enterprise RAG pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud and Vector Engine.
• Experience with CDS modelling, OData V4, and event-driven CAP services.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of ABAP OO and SAP Gateway integration.
• Understanding of GDPR, AI observability, and enterprise security requirements.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
• Strong architecture, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience with Joule Studio, SAP IAS, SAP API Management, Dynatrace, or Kibana is advantageous.
