Job Overview

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Scrum Master – Digital Channels to join a leading organization in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for Agile professionals who have extensive experience leading Scrum teams within large enterprises and supporting the delivery of innovative digital banking solutions, including Mobile Banking and Internet Banking platforms.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and promote continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives while maintaining compliance with software development, application security, and governance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove blockers and enable teams to achieve sprint and project objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management, transparent communication, and timely project reporting.
• Promote Agile delivery methodologies across digital banking initiatives.
• Support compliance with application security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor Agile metrics and team performance to improve delivery efficiency.
• Encourage collaboration across multidisciplinary teams working on digital channels.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably within a large organization.
• Strong expertise in Scrum with exposure to one or more Agile scaling frameworks.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, or Extreme Programming (XP).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with banking products and digital channels, particularly Mobile Banking and Internet Banking.
• Knowledge of application security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and microservices-based architectures.
