Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join an onsite technology delivery team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is suitable for an Agile delivery professional with strong experience in Scrum, SAFe, IT delivery, team facilitation, Agile metrics, and cross-functional technology collaboration.
The Scrum Master will support multiple Scrum teams and help ensure effective sprint execution, backlog management, capacity planning, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement. The role requires close coordination with DevOps teams, architects, other Scrum Masters, and technical stakeholders while proactively identifying and removing delivery impediments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Scrum team capacity, sprint backlogs, velocity, and burndown charts.
- Facilitate Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team delivery.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams, architects, Scrum Masters, and other technical teams.
- Coach Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum principles.
- Support the adoption and effective implementation of SAFe practices.
- Ensure effective use of Agile tools, templates, and delivery processes.
- Track delivery performance using Agile metrics.
- Prepare and communicate delivery status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Support multiple Scrum teams and coordinate delivery objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement across Scrum teams and delivery processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support teams in achieving sprint and programme-level delivery objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe practices and principles.
- Experience supporting IT delivery and technology projects.
- Experience managing Scrum team capacity and sprint backlogs.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, including velocity and burndown charts.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong impediment, risk, and issue management capabilities.
- Experience coordinating with DevOps, architects, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong Agile coaching and team facilitation skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to support multiple Scrum teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile tools, templates, and delivery processes.
- Relevant Scrum, SAFe, Agile, or project management certification is preferred.
- Candidates must be available with a notice period of less than 30 days.
